Private reference service

This service provides links and explanatory material about official public-record sources in Wayne County and Pennsylvania. It does not store government records, verify real-time custody, release anyone, post bond, or file documents. The responsible county, court, sheriff, corrections, state, or federal office controls its own record and process.

Third-party research tools may be available through search boxes. Their results, pricing, data handling, and availability are controlled by those providers. Use of a partner tool is subject to that provider's terms.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and with respect for the people whose records may be discussed by official sources.

• Do not use the service to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm a person.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to any system or record.
• Do not disrupt the service or use bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools.
• Do not use material for a prohibited eligibility or screening decision.
• Do not misrepresent a source, image, accusation, or court disposition.

FCRA restrictions

Wayne County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not create consumer reports, background checks, or credit reports, and neither it nor advertising partners offers screening services. By using this service, a visitor agrees not to use information from it or a linked tool for hiring, firing, tenant or housing review, creditworthiness, insurance premiums, licensing, permits, government-program eligibility, or any other purpose covered by the FCRA.

Outside links

Links may lead to jail inquiries, sheriff and corrections pages, court portals, federal locators, legal resources, and outside search services. A link is provided for convenience and is not an endorsement. Wayne County Busted Mugshots does not control a linked site's content, record accuracy, policies, privacy practices, or availability. Review a destination's own terms before using it.

Service provided as is

The service and its content are offered as is and as available. There is no warranty that information is complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suited to a particular purpose. Custody, warrant, court, and agency information can change quickly. A page on this service is not an official statement from the Sheriff, WCCF, a court, or another public office.

Liability and indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wayne County Busted Mugshots and its owners, providers, and partners are not liable for loss or damage arising from use of or inability to use this service or an external link. A visitor agrees to defend and hold them harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from that visitor's misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

Site material and access

The service's text, graphics, logo, and code belong to Wayne County Busted Mugshots or its content partners and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without written permission except where law allows. Access can be limited, suspended, or ended at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Changes, law, and severability

These terms may be changed at any time, with the updated terms effective when posted. They are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and disputes must be brought in courts within Pennsylvania where permitted. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect and the invalid provision will be adjusted only as necessary.
